Great stay We rented the whole house as there were 12 of us. Location was great as not too many tourists in the area. Service was good too. A kitchen on every floor. Jacuzzi on top. Just a bit of walk if you need to get public transportation

Penthouse spent a night at the Penthouse of Mayumi Beach House. Beautiful Location, excellent service and a great relaxing experience. dipping in the jacuzzi while you are having the best view of your life!Mayumi Beach House is located in the finest location in the island station1. staffs are friendly too.

Great value for money, awesome service, very comfortable, perfect for large groups Our family rented all 3 floors, we were 22 pax in total. All rooms had aircon and clean bathrooms inside the room and in the living room, really good and friendly service! Highly recommended place, good location. Hot tub was a good addition. We spent 80% of our time in the beautiful house.

Immer wieder Mayumi Beach House Mein 4. Aufenthalt (jeweils zwischen zwei bis drei Wochen) in den letzten 5 Jahren im Mayumi Beach House sagt wohl schon viel. Für mich (Single) der in erster Linie die Erholung sucht, der ideale Ort auf Boracay. Die beste und ruhigste Lage an der White Beach. Luxuriöse, sehr gut ausgestattete Appartements (3 Floor / 3 Appartment / separate Eingänge), direkt am Beach und unter Palmen. Das gute ausgebildete, freundliche Personal (alle seit vielen Jahren da tätig) liest und erfüllt dir gerne deine Wünsche (Einkauf, Frühstück etc.). Das Appartement wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Aber auch "Sonderwünsche" wie Nachtessen zubereiten, Wäsche machen etc. erfüllen sie gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis. Du spürst jeden Moment, dass sie ihre Arbeit gerne und mit viel Herzblut machen. Das sieht man auch darin, wie das ganze Haus und die Umgebung gehegt / gepflegt wird. Die Anlage wird Tag und Nacht durch einen diskreten, unauffälligen Sicherheitsdienst überwacht. Das Mayumi gehört für mich zu den 5 plus Sterne Häuser.Zur Lage sei hier noch folgendes erwähnt.In 2 Minuten Fussweg am Strand erreicht man die ersten Hotels (Lind + Friday) oder die ersten Motorradtaxis, in 5-10 Minuten den Golfclub, in ca. 15-20 Minuten Fußweg befindest du dich im "Herzstück" (D-Mall, Shops, Nightlife etc.) der Insel. Auch die nächste Bucht (Diniwit) ist in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wenn Boracay ... dann Mayumi Beach House ☀️🌴😊.

Penthouse Beautiful location, beautiful room and rooftop Jacuzzi to lie back and watch the stars at night. Our last visit to Boracay recently we stayed at a resort. In my opinion this was by far a better option. The rooms were cleaned daily and your laundry done if you required (for a small fee). They (the housekeepers) also prepared a fantastic dinner for us and a couple of friends. The location meant we had no shortage of restaurants to choose from and of course the beautiful beach right out in front. Myumi is beautifully constructed with foot thick walls throughout, beautiful wooden and tiled floors, comfortable attractive furniture, security 24/7. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and if we bring family, we would stay preferably on the ground floor or first floor with 2 bedrooms in each.

Wonderful christmas at Mayumi House, 2014 Our multigeneration family of 13 stayed at the Mayumi Beach house and had the most wonderful Christmas; wish we could have stayed longer. The view of the beach and ocean at daybreak in breathtaking; the house is beautiful, w/ 3 all floors just right for all of us and designed to truly enjoy the natural beauty just outside your doors and patios and wide windows. Thanks especially to the entire hardworking and gracious housestaff who cooked many of our delicious meals, kept the premises always clean and made sure the area was secure. Would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for a quiet restful family vacation being further from the bustle of the social scene of the island. Some of us were daily visitors of to the next door restaurant for happy hour - real nice. We all felt like being home away from home. Our stay at Mayumi will be fondly remebered for many, many years to come.

Great beach house! Wow! We were traveling with a large group and rented all three floors and this place was perfect. The staff were great - for a small additional charge they did our shopping, cooked and did laundry. Security was always nearby, which was nice since you are literally right on the beach. The room layouts were comfortable and modern with lots of seating. Also nice was that when part of our party left after a few days, we were able to reduce the number of floors to resize the house to our new group. When other guests moved into to the other units, there were no noise issues or problems bumping into each other. I will say that when the others moved in we kept the ground floor, and I think that floor is the most convenient. The second floor was the most pleasant in terms of the balcony, but I would still vote for the ground. The penthouse has a hot tub and patio, but is a lot smaller and less well equipped, plus the patio is not covered so I preferred the ground floor veranda. The location is at the North end of the beach. I liked that we could quickly walk to the action, but this part of the beach is pretty quiet. There is very little north of here, so not a lot of foot traffic in front of our room. Felt like a semi-private beach. But with 10-15 minutes walk, all the night life of Borocay is available. We loved this beach house. Would absolutely return.

Breath Taking Vacation Me and the whole Family Stayed here at Mayumi Beach House for 4D 3N and we rented the whole Beach house from Ground Floor to it's Penthouse.When we came to the Beach house the staff is very Warm on Welcoming us with cold drinks and warm face towels since we came a little late in the evening. It's my first time to Boracay Station 1 where the Beach house is Located, quiet and a romantic side of the beach, First thing I did is to check the whole Beach House everything is perfect the rooms are clean and with aroma scent bathrooms and kitchens is very neat and clean. Bed, linens and comforters are so comfy and I had a goodnight sleep on my stay. Staff's in Mayumi Beach are very accommodating they make sure to clean and tidy our rooms everyday and attend to our little inquiries on how to on the kitchen since we are guests we are allowed to use the kitchen for us to cook our food kitchen utensils are provided all you need to do is simply go to the market and buy the things you need to cook.The Whole family enjoyed our stay in Boracay and same with the Beach House, the beach house maybe a little costly but it's worth the price you pay if you want to bond with the whole family.
