Reservations & Booking Confirmation
- All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful completion of the booking and/or required payment.
- Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
- Mayumi Beach Villa reserves the right to contact the guest to verify booking details.

Rates & Payments
- Rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP), unless otherwise stated.
- Rates may vary depending on booking dates, occupancy, promotions, and applicable booking conditions.
- Additional charges, taxes, service fees, and other applicable fees will be indicated during the booking process.
- Payment terms depend on the selected rate and booking conditions.

Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 12:00 noon
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
- Guests may be required to present valid identification and their booking confirmation upon check-in.

Cancellation & No-Show
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate and booking conditions.
- Guests are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation policy before completing their reservation.
- Cancellations made after the permitted cancellation period may be subject to applicable charges.
- In case of a no-show, the applicable booking or cancellation policy will apply.

Occupancy & Children
- Mayumi Beach Villa has a strict maximum occupancy of 14 guests.
- The total number of guests must not exceed 14 under any circumstances.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring that the number of occupants declared in the reservation is accurate.
- Children aged 7 and below are subject to the villa’s applicable child policy.

Special Requests
- Special requests, including early check-in, late check-out, or other arrangements, are subject to availability.
- While Mayumi Beach Villa will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, special requests are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the villa.

Villa Facilities & Services
- Villa facilities and services are subject to availability.
- Certain facilities or services may temporarily be unavailable due to maintenance, weather conditions, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond the villa’s reasonable control.

Guest Conduct & Property Damage
- Guests are expected to comply with the villa’s house rules throughout their stay.
- Guests may be held responsible for any damage, loss, or additional cleaning costs caused by themselves or members of their party.
- Mayumi Beach Villa reserves the right to take appropriate action, including ending a stay, in cases of serious misconduct, property damage, or violation of villa policies.

Identification & Security Deposit
- Guests may be required to present valid identification and booking confirmation upon check-in.
- Any applicable security deposit requirements will be communicated to the guest during the booking process or upon arrival.

Force Majeure
- Mayumi Beach Villa shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Privacy
- Guest information will be handled in accordance with the villa’s applicable privacy policy and relevant data protection laws.
- Information provided during the reservation process may be used for booking administration, guest communication, and other purposes necessary to provide the requested services.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Mayumi Beach Villa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
- The applicable terms are those presented to the guest at the time of booking, unless otherwise required by law.
